Easter Sunday Lunch in Malvern

We couldn’t start our Easter blog without mentioning everyone’s favourite – Easter Sunday lunch!

On Sunday the 9th of April, why not join us at our Mulberry Tree restaurant for a hearty roast dinner, complete with all the trimmings? Using only the finest locally sourced ingredients, our Sunday roast is one of the best around (if we do say so ourselves). 

If you’re planning to enjoy one of Malvern’s many walking trails, our cosy restaurant is the ideal place to stop by afterwards for a much-needed hearty meal. 

 

Easter Treasure Hunt at Eastnor Castle

If you’re not planning your own Malvern Easter egg hunt, why not head on over to Eastnor Castle to join in with their Coronation Chicken Easter Treasure Hunt? All the family will enjoy seeking out clues dotted around the castle before receiving a tasty chocolate bunny at the end. 

(Entrants will also be automatically put into the prize draw to win a surprise chocolate treat!)

The treasure hunt will be taking place over the Easter bank holiday weekend between Friday the 7th of April and Monday the 10th. Family ticket prices start at £26 for one adult and three children and must be purchased in advance from The Eastnor Castle website.

 

Watch an Easter Show at Number 8 Arts Centre in Pershore

Just under a 30-minute drive from Malvern is the Number 8 Arts Centre in Pershore. On Saturday the 1st of April, they will be hosting a family-friendly Easter-themed theatre show along with a character meet and greet. 

Follow Lil the rabbit and friends as they hunt for the missing Easter egg and discover what’s hidden inside!

After the performance, each child will be given their very own chocolate Easter egg.

Tickets for the show can be purchased from their Eventbrite page and cost £11.55 per person. 

Babies aged between 0-11 months go free. 

 

Easter Day Out at the Three Counties Showground

On Thursday 6th of April, The Three Counties showground will be putting on a range of Easter activities for their ‘CountryTastic’ event. 

What can you expect?

Try your hand at pottery, experience an exhilarating tractor ride, pet local farmyard animals or take part in a fun-filled cookery workshop! 

And that’s not all… there will be a total of 11 different activities happening on the day, many of which are free to take part in!

Catch Fabulous Folk Tales at Malvern Theatres

Explore fabulous folk tales this Easter Monday at Malvern Theatres!

On Monday the 10th of April, Malvern Theatres will be showcasing ‘Tales From a Thousand and One Nights’ – a hilarious and entertaining show from Dragonboy Productions. Adapted by director Eliot Giuralarocca, expect classic folk tales re-imagined with stunning live music and puppetry.
